It’s going to be hard to find a more powerful laptop with this size. It packs everything you need, the weight, form factor, speed, quietness, and decent battery life. It is literally a gaming laptop that the PC users have been dreaming about so far. If you look for another gaming laptop that has the same CPU check out Acer Helios 300.

The 15″ screen looks so huge if you compare it to other gaming laptops this thin and size. The screen does look beautiful, thanks to the 144Hz screen and thin hazel around it. It is no touchscreen though. Consider touchscreen laptops if a touchscreen is a must-have feature.
You will like the keyboard. The keys feel so comfortable to type on. The backlight keys are very nice to use and to look at. It does not have that flashing rainbow colors, which is great. Thanks to SteelSeries for this.
Surprisingly, the audio has very good sound coming from such tiny speakers. For serious gaming, you will want to use a headset or external speakers.

Plug the laptop in once you get it, then it will power up. After this, you can get rid of the bloatware by reinstalling Windows 10 using the recovery screen, please do this only when you are sure you are comfortable doing it.
For what it has, this thing is close to perfect!
You can find a faster gaming laptop that has double the weight, or that has a bigger display, but they would not fit in your bag. And most gaming laptops do not have touchscreen anyways. So if you are considering to get a “portable” thin laptop and has beastly power to game that will last very long and won’t get hot despite having two fans, this is worth the money.
