Celestial Blue ASUS ZenBook Duo 14” UX481FA-DB71T with Intel Core i7-10510U CPU, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, and ScreenPad Plus.
First, let me ask you, would you like to have a portable notebook with the exclusive dual-screen setup without carrying an extra screen?
Or do you need a laptop that can enhance your video conference like Zoom with its dual-screen daily?
If yes, consider this Celestial blue UX481FA-DB71T, the new 2020 ASUS ZenBook Duo with 10th gen of Intel i7, the i7-10510U processor. The two touchscreens in one device are incomparable and unique.
UX481FA-DB71T: The Good
Now, we will talk about our compliments for this multi-tasking product other than the build quality, which is already insane.
12.6-inch ScreenPad Plus
More productive with the two-touchscreens environment on one laptop. This functionality is amazing if you regularly need to work with dual screens.
The UX481FA-DB71T’s screen is a 14-inches Full-HD (1080p) NanoEdge IPS touchscreen. The second screen above the keyboard is a 12.6-inch matte stylus-ready touchscreen.
Looking for the 13-inch panel ZenBook? Consider this one.
ASUS calls this secondary screen the ScreenPad Plus.
Basically, you can easily swap the screens, or move your app’s windows from one screen to another, and many more.
If you must do a video conference like Zoom every day, get this Zenbook Duo. You will have a fine-tuned video conference. You can use the secondary screen for your document, or OBS, and load the Zoom windows on the main screen.
The primary display on the top is literally Bazel-less on 4 sides. Incredibly thin, especially on the bottom frame, this is because you can actually view one application on both screens. So it makes sense that the bottom bezel is almost invisible.
Despite having almost frameless on the top bezel, UX481FA-DB71T still includes a 720p HD webcam. So you don’t need to purchase a separate webcam for your Zoom or video conference calls.
A laptop with two screens, insane!
Speaking of the webcam, it actually has the IR camera installed. Meaning, you can log in to your laptop by using face recognition with your webcam. You will be able to login in under 2 seconds. See the advantages of having an IR camera on your laptop here.
No Need to Carry a Mouse
Since both panels are touchscreens, if you travel a lot and using it on your lap, you don’t need to use a mouse. This laptop has a trackpad that supports Windows precision gestures.
UX481FA-DB71T is Stylus-Ready
One of the nice features of this UX481FA-DB71T is it will recognize your handwriting by using a stylus. Handwriting, sketching, or just writing a note with your laptop on its secondary screen is something that this device can do, and others cannot.
Useful Unique Keyboard Shortcuts
The chiclet backlit keyboard is equipped with a few keyboard shortcuts should you need to use the two screens.
For example, there is a shortcut button to swap the screens, or even turn off the ScreenPad Plus completely.
Use the key which is located next to the power button on the top right.
Turning off the screen pad will save more of your notebook’s battery life.
10th Generation of i7
For the processor, you will get a 10th gen i7-10510U, a 520GB SSD, 8GB RAM, and the integrated Intel HD 620 Graphics pre-installed in this UX481FA-DB71T Zenbook.

The hardware of this ZenBook Duo 14″ is more than enough to handle your daily computer work. Of course, there is another model of this unit, which is more expensive, but it’s beefier… (The Pro UX581 model as shown in the picture below).
The more-expensive model has 1TB SSD, dedicated Graphics for gaming, Thunderbolt, 4K panel, and double the RAM check out yourself.
Coming back to our product on this page, our unit includes Bluetooth 5.0, HDMI, Dual-Band WiFi 6, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, and a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C. Furthermore, there is a microSD card reader and a 3.5mm combo audio jack as well.
The Not So Good
Because this ZenBook Duo model is one of the premium laptops in the market, I wish it had the USB-C charging feature.
If you could charge it with its USB-C, you wouldn’t need to carry around the power cable.
But yeah, the USB-C on this device is for data transfer only. If you really want the one with a thunderbolt, go with the Pro version.
It misses USB-C charging, but with the other unique feature, it is not a deal-breaker, in my opinion.
If you regularly need more screen on your routines or often editing 1080p media, this unit is a great choice.
We have done the research, and for around this price, all laptops have almost the same specifications. But the two “touch” screens and pen ready, it is ahead its competition.
Nothing else on the market that can compete with UX481FA-DB71T, 100% recommend.
